guarantor requirements
If the lease applicant's income does not meet the Lincoln Green requirements then a guarantor must co-sign the lease.
All guarantors must complete both a Guarantor Application and a Lease Guaranty form. Contact a marketing representative to receive your Lease Guaranty form.
[Note: If the guarantor is not present at Lincoln Green to sign the Lease or the Lease Guaranty form, the guarator's signature must be notarized.]
All guarantors must meet the following criteria:
- Guarantor's gross income must meet or exceed six (6) times the monthly rental amount.
- Landlord history must be excellent and the guarantor must have good credit history.
- Guarantors will not be accepted if lease applicant has bad credit.
- The guarantor must be a relative of the applicant.
