Price Ranges
Price ranges are determined by the features you choose in your new apartment home, such as garden windows, wood burning fireplaces, drybars, vaulted ceilings, screened patios, and premium locations.

Lease Terms
Six (6) through twelve (12) months are offered. If a shorter or longer lease term is needed, please do not hesitate to let us know. Short-term leases offered subject to availability.
Security Deposits/Fees
- One Bedroom: $200 ($100 Deposit/$100 Admin Fee)
- Two Bedroom: $200 ($100 Deposit/ $100 Admin Fee)
Application Fee
$50.00 for each applicant; $65.00 for joint applicants.
Pet Deposit/Fee
A one time pet fee of $300.00 for 1 pet and $400.00 pet fee for 2 pets. No Pet Rent or Pet Deposits! Maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breeds that may be prone to aggressive behavior are not allowed at Lincoln Green. Please ask if clarification is needed. We will require a "Pet Interview" as well as a photograph of your pet at move in.
