For your convenience, we'll sign for, and hold, package deliveries in the office for you. You can also leave packages at the office for pick-up during office hours. Please present delivery slip for identification when picking up your package.

A few scratches and marks on your walls that need a little paint? No problem. We'll give you a small can of touch-up paint to do it yourself. That way, you'll have your "nicks and dings" covered.

Need a little "pick me up?" Our clubhouse coffee bar is open all day, every day. Choose from our regular and flavored coffees and an assortment of flavored creamers, hot tea, lemonade, fresh popcorn and delicious Otis Spunkmeyer cookies.

For only $20.00 a year, have the News and Record paper delivered right to your door. What a great deal!

Each month, we host a resident event at our clubhouse. In addition to food and drinks, it's a great way to socialize and meet new people.

On the Lincoln Green website, residents can post notices and buy and sell goods and services.

Feel free to use our fax machine to send or receive faxes and/or our copier to make the copies you need. To boot, a computer with Windows XP and high-speed Internet access is in the clubhouse for you to use.

Have a letter? Need postage? Save that trip to the post office. We have a postage meter. Stop by the office with your envelope to purchase your postage.

Short of change? Come by the office and we'll change up to five dollars for you.

Having one of those days? We've got a Power Jump Start Machine with air compressor to get your car's juices flowing again or pump up those under-inflated tires.

When heading over to our car wash facilities, stop in the office and pick-up our car-wash bucket containing a sponge, towel, wax, tire and car cleaner.
